Maxxeon® Comprehensive Lifetime Warranty

 
Maxxeon offers a comprehensive lifetime warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
 
In the event of a warranty claim, Maxxeon will issue a credit memo to the consumer. Return shipping of defective items to Maxxeon’s Warehouse is rarely required, helping ensure a streamlined and efficient warranty process.
 
This warranty applies to all Maxxeon products for their usable lifetime.
*Batteries are covered by a separate two-year warranty and are not covered under the lifetime warranty.
