Shipping Returns & Warranty Policy

MAXXEON Shipping Policy

 

 

Maxxeon Inc. charges a single shipping and handling fee per order of $10.99 to the USA, $29.99 to Canada, and $109.99 to International destinations.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once you have completed your order. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. US orders are shipped by USPS and delivery is typically 2 to 4 business days except in Alaska and Hawaii. Canadian orders are shipped by USPS and UPS.  Delivery may take up to 2 weeks for USPS and 1 week for courier. International orders are usually shipped by DHL and typically take 1 week. Tracking numbers will be sent upon request.

 

 

MAXXEON Returns Policy

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be canceled once the item ships. All refused orders are subject to a restocking fee. All truck orders that are refused are subject to a restocking fee plus return shipping fees.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE WHEN RECEIVED

If the purchased item is incorrect, defective, or damaged in shipping please send an email immediately to the address below with the invoice number and your contact information, and you will be notified regarding the replacement procedure.

RETURNS FOR REFUND

If you are not completely satisfied with the product it may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Items being returned must be sent pre-paid to the address below and must be undamaged and in the original undamaged package. Please include the original invoice and your email address and telephone number. Returned items will be inspected, and if accepted, a refund of the product cost minus a 20% re-stocking charge, will be applied to your credit card. Customers assume full responsibility for return shipping.

 

 

MAXXEON Warranty Policy

WARRANTY REPAIRS

Our products have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects (not including alkaline batteries). If the product fails due to a manufacturing defect within this period please send an email to the address below with your contact information and the purchase date and you will be notified regarding the return procedure. The product will be repaired or replaced for free provided it has not been subjected to excessive abuse. The power supply must be returned with any LUMENATOR® product. For other products, do not return accessories like power supplies or belt clips.

OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS

Maxxeon Inc. will repair or replace products at cost after the one-year warranty period has expired. Most of the smaller products cannot be repaired, only replaced. The LUMENATOR® products can usually be repaired. Please send an email to the address below with details and photos if necessary, to obtain a repair estimate. Note that you may purchase some replacement parts directly from the Maxxeon website. The power supply must be returned with any LUMENATOR® product. For other products, do not return accessories like power supplies or belt clips.

Returns Procedure

Contact Customer Service for an RGA number. Customer Service will issue an RGA number which must be noted on the packing slip of the shipment being returned whether it is being shipped to the Cleveland warehouse or the Service Center.

For warranty or stock adjustment product, credit for returned product will be issued once the shipment has been received and verified with the RGA.
