Contact Customer Service for an RGA number. Customer Service will issue an RGA number which must be noted on the packing slip of the shipment being returned whether it is being shipped to the Cleveland warehouse or the Service Center. For warranty or stock adjustment product, credit for returned product will be issued once the shipment has been received and verified with the RGA.
